NTERFACE DE MÁSCARA HELMET, EL DISPOSITIVO QUE REVOLUCIONARIA EN TRATAMIENTO PARA COVID

                           A NEW DEVICE FOR THE TREATMENT COVID_19 IS BORN IN ROSARIO SANTA FE - ARGENTINA

Un equipo de amigos, (dos profesionales de la salud y un empresario), ante la problemática de la amenaza creciente de la pandemia, se reunieron para compartir ideas desde los conocimientos en salud de algunos y empresarios de otro, y terminar coordinando en la fabricación de un nuevo dispositivo revolucionario que esta a punto de salir a la luz con la esperanza de que sea un dispositivo que colabore en el tratamiento e inclusive al aislamiento personal por el covid_19.

Tres socios, Fernando Paziensa, Sebastián Gibbons y Ramiro Noriega diseñaron lo que puede ser una gran promesa y esperanza para el mundo.

La empresa  TEXEL srl por medio de Sebastian Gibbons,  viene desarrollando lo que sería el primer  Interface Dispositivo  en la provincia de Santa Fe, Rosario.

A team of friends, (two health professionals and an entrepreneur), faced with the problem of the growing threat of the pandemic, met to share ideas from the health knowledge of some and entrepreneurs from another, and end up coordinating in manufacturing of a new revolutionary device that is about to come to light in the hope that it will be a device that collaborates in treatment and even personal isolation by covid_19.
Three partners, Fernando Paziensa, Sebastián Gibbons and Ramiro Noriega designed what can be a great promise and hope for the world.
The company TEXEL srl through Sebastian Gibbons, has been developing what would be the first Interface Device in the province of Santa Fe, Rosario.

• Qué es un interface VNI? Las siglas significan VENTILACIÓN NO INVASIVA

• Las máscaras Helmet o cascos se vienen usando en este tipo de dispositivos  convencionales.

• El Diseño en cuestión cuenta con modificaciones que le dan una funcionalidad interesante y versatil.

• HELMET VNI, cuenta con tres elementos importantes, La Máscara que es como un Globo hermético, el Humificador, y el ventilador.

What is a VNI interface? The initials stand for NON-INVASIVE VENTILATION
Helmet masks or helmets have been used in this type of conventional devices.

La ventilación mecánica no invasiva (VNI) es la aplicación de un soporte ventilatorio sin el uso de una vía aérea artificial.

La VNI puede ser indicada en la insuficiencia respiratoria aguda o crónica reagudizada, como también para facilitar o acelerar la retirada de la ventilación mecánica invasiva, para evitar la reintubación endotraqueal y en algunas ocasiones en pacientes que por limitación terapeútica no deban ser intubados.

Alternativa eficaz , cómoda no invasiva.

This is how the VNI INTERFACE HELMET MASK Project was born in Rosario, and it is another pride for Argentines.!


Non-invasive mechanical ventilation (NIV) is the application of a ventilatory support without the use of an artificial airway.
NIV can be indicated in acute or chronic acute respiratory failure, as well as to facilitate or accelerate the withdrawal of invasive mechanical ventilation, to avoid endotracheal reintubation, and sometimes in patients who due to therapeutic limitations should not be intubated.

• Fuente de oxígeno

• Sistema de interfase:, máscara facial, helmet.

• Respirador convencional (ventilador a presión positiva, con modulo de VNI)

• Filtro antibacteriano.

• Tubuladuras(en equipo de flujo contínuo: rama única con puerto exhalatorio o whisper.

• En respiradores convencionales doble rama inspiratoria, rama espiratoria y trampas de agua).

• Arnés o cintas de fijación con abrojo o tela adhesiva

Conventional respirator (positive pressure ventilator, with NIV module)
Antibacterial filter.
Tubing (in continuous flow equipment: single branch with exhalation port or whisper.
In conventional double limb inspiratory respirators, expiratory limb and water traps).
Harness or fastening straps with caltrop or adhesive cloth

Todo deriva luego de un protocolo a nivel mundial de tipo de máscara Helmet y está ésta a la altura de cualquier otro país. Lo que pone a Argentina en posición de ser exportador de máscaras Helmet a otros países.

La máscara ya es valorada en otros países que sólo esperan un único trámite para solicitar su fabricación, lo que abre nuevas líneas con el exterior.

El dispositivo ha sido probado en España con excelentes resultados, aquí en nuestro país, los resultados en la medición de flujo pulmonar con tomógrafo da valores de flujo pulmonares perfectos.
